<br /><br />A train moving without engine. A major fault last night. Passenger was unknown to the fact that train is moving without engine and anytime accident may happened.<br />Coaches of Ahmedabad-Puri express rolled down towards Kesinga side near Titlagarh y'day because skid-brakes were not applied. Coaches stopped by Railway staff by putting stones and bringing them to halt. All passengers safe.<br /><br />Two employees who didn't follow the engine shunting procedure have been suspended. Divisional Railway Manager (DRM) Sambalpur has ordered a senior officer-level enquiry consisting of divisional heads of operating, safety, mechanical and civil engineering departments.<br /><br />
